Refund Policy

At iTecskills, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality services and solutions. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service or product delivered was not as described.

  • Technical issues on our side prevented delivery or usage.

  • Duplicate payments were made due to a system error.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service/product has been delivered.

  • Services already completed and approved by the client.

  • Issues caused by the customer’s own systems, hosting, or third-party providers.


3. Timeframe for Request
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

  • After 7 days, refund requests will not be entertained.


4. Refund Process
  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
