Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
The service or product delivered was not as described.
Technical issues on our side prevented delivery or usage.
Duplicate payments were made due to a system error.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after service/product has been delivered.
Services already completed and approved by the client.
Issues caused by the customer’s own systems, hosting, or third-party providers.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
After 7 days, refund requests will not be entertained.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
